Using the knowledge accumulated in the last 20 years of R&D and production elastomers, Kik Compounds developed through intense research, elastomers which are biodegradable and biobased, without compromises on the technical requirements of the traditional fossil-based elastomers.
Working closely with his customers, Kik Compounds is developing biodegradable and biobased elastomers highly customized to suit the equipment and the necessary technical requirements needed of the customer.
To broaden the scope of his research, KIK Compounds entered in a partnership with the Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Science and Technology (ICSTM) within Valahia University of Targoviste, having as objective the further research-development and innovation on the aerobic and anaerobic biodegradability of polymeric materials.
